What was the highlight of Loccal Collection Hotel Komodo
Stunning views, great breakfast.. a few comforts missing, but well worth it.
The views here were nothing short of spectacular. The architecture of the resort especially around the pool area were incredibly beautiful. The sea view was well worth the extra, and we'll have lasting memories of the sunsets from our room. The Breakfast was superb. Great selection, and everything was delicious. We have a restricted diet, but there was still plenty to enjoy including 'made to order' eggs station, plenty of fruits and hot items. Also local health tonics which was a lovely touch.
We found the key service staff on reception weren't overly helpful. We were not able to check in one moment earlier than the scheduled time of 3pm, and when asked if we could check out slightly later due to a local disaster cancelling our flight.. they wanted to charged us 150,000 IRD per hour. That said, the young porters and restaurant staff were exceptional. There was a few disconnects at this property, some great staff, some not great. But you can see there are efforts to improve, including personal guest surveys. They also went to some lovely efforts for our anniversary which we really appreciated. We missed having any fridge and a safe in the room, along with a few basic comforts missing. Overall though, well worth the money paid.

Very Good
The driver, Mr.Ronny. He is friendly, patient, helpfull. My family likes him️.
All the staff are friendly. Food for breakfast not variatif as 4 star hotel. But mostly tasty. Please repair the water circulation of cave pool. Because it wasn't work good.
